URL Removal on Google and Yahoo for $20

i can deliver on this task by on time and using only legal means. I intend to carry it out in 4 phases. The URL removal process will involve 301 redirection, robots noindex tag, use of canonical tag on the old URL pages and use google webmaster tool to remove URL from the google and yahoo. Depending on the specifications of the task, my approach may vary but will be in the confines of what is legal and ethical. This services constitutes 4 parts Totaling $80, this is part 1 of 4.
